Can you use desktop policy to create connection documents for other than dialup servers? Can you use desktop policy to create location documents?
If so, how is this done.

Yes… dialup servers would be under the setup policy or desktop policy.
I would urge you to review it and “play” around – experiment with the specific settings you want.
