Designer task corrupts XPage application

  1. Make shareable Custom Control design elements and put them to source database. Mark source database as master template.

  2. Copy in Notes/Domino Designer these Custom Controls and paste them to secondary database. Choose to keep inheritance (prompt during paste operation). That will mark design elements with inheritance property (template name) - application does not inherit from that template!

  3. Next day, after night run of designer task, application does not work with errors 500 and 404.

  4. Build/clean of application is needed to make it work again.

Can you give a solution/workaround?
