Design task creating update when there are no changes to the template

DESIGN TASK CREATING UPDATE for databases WHEN THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO THE TEMPLATE . Template (for example - XXX) last changed 07/04/2005. But Design task creating update for All databases with temlate XXX every time then started (15/04/2005,16/04/2005…). I am can’t find on site apar LO04138.

Here’s the only thing I can find that lists APAR you referenced. All I can say is I’m glad I don’t use WebSphere, that’s the most hideous URL I’ve ever seen.

It does say this one was closed because it duplicates another one. Does anyone know how to find the original APAR?
