when we use Notes8 ,new a message,we could use “To”,so could select addresses form the dialog box.we feel this dialog box is not fit for us.we need design a new select addresses dialog box.any one do this ?I search some way and ask somebody,but don’t has a good idea.I do this design feel very hard.any comments,any web links,examples and information for help this design,thanks in advantage.

Why don’t explain what you don’t like about the current address dialog? What would you change? What works for you?
Also keep in mind that you can use type-ahead to choose addresses and not use the dialog at all.
Subject: select addresses
we have many ministers and section chiefs,we have hundred of section chiefs,many time we need select some section chiefs of the same department or all chiefs,so we don’t need groups. we want select people of the job title or roles,selected the addresses we input the condition field.
Subject: corporate hierarchy
On the right-hand side of the addressing dialog box, there is a dropdown. One of the options is “corporate hierarchy”.
If you were to populate the hierarchy fields in the person documents, then you could sort and locate people in the way you describe by using this option. The Admin Help has a document explaining how this works, entitled "Categorizing a user by corporate hierarchy " .
