Is it possible to roll out Fixpack 1 with updatesite? or SmartUpgrade?

Subject: Yes you can with Smart Upgrade…
If going from 8.5 to 8.5FP1 you’ll only need a single Smart Upgrade Kit…
If going from a previous release, you’lll need two “chained” kits… One to go from current release to 8.5 and then one to go from 8.5 to 8.5FP1… Configure User’s Deploy Version via desktop settings policy to Release 8.5FP1. They should get prompted, when they select upgrade it will shutdown the Notes client and then run the Notes Client Install to bring to 8.5 immediately followed by the Notes Client install to bring to 8.5FP1.
If using shared drives you could create a single kit that points to a batch file on the network share that does exactly the same thing… Runs the 8.5 Installer followed by running the 8.5FP1 Installer imediately afterwards.

we have downloaded the full install code from passport advantage but are having trouble using it as a smart upgrade… isn’t there supposed to be a separate kit?

After some poking around I figured out I could just use the webkit download

Any luck getting this to run silently?
I’m was hoping to just use /s /v"/qb+" just like my other Client notes smart upgrades which worked fine, but this one makes you click through the Hot Fix installer. It does however finish and restart the client after a few clicks.
Am I going to have to make a transform file and go through that nonsense?
