DENY ACCESS use

Can anyone tell me if you put a user in DENY ACCESS group but leave mail file intact, does he continue to receive mail to it?

I know that user cannot access it, but does mail still fill up the mail file?

As long as there is a Person Document, with a valid mail file, yes.
