I have recently been changing our security structure for Domino Administrators and Developers, and today my Deny Access List has disappeared. I looked through all the views and I can only still see it in the $groups view. The view of deny access lists that appears under Groups by organisation is no longer there.
Does anyone know how I can get it back? I am getting an error message in the Replication events view in the log.nsf:
Unable to replicate Krusty/DAS certlog.ntf: Replication cannot proceed because cannot maintain uniform access control list on replicas
Unable to replicate Krusty/DAS dba4.ntf: Replication cannot proceed because cannot maintain uniform access control list on replicas
Unable to replicate with server Krusty/DAS: Replication cannot proceed because cannot maintain uniform access control list on replicas
The first two errors give a file name which is normal and I can rectify, but the last message does not have a file name, is this related?
Any help would be appreciated.

This group is vissible only iy you have the appropiate roles. Please check if you have (Should be ‘[netmodifier]’ and/or ‘[groupmodifier]’. Of courese all the servers should have all the roles. Without that a server could be unable to see certain documents and couldn’t replicate them.

There was no “Server\Deny Access Groups” view so copied it back in from a back up and overnight it all worked again.
I can now see the deny access list as normal.

You are correct! It appears that the Servers\Deny Access Groups view is missing.
Make sure that when you copy/paste it back from a previous template that you disallow update by design refresh or it will disappear again.
Lotus… This is one of MANY issues with R7 that has been popping up, and I’ve yet to see any resolutions. If you are going to break things, don’t release a new version. I mean seriously… deleting a view?! Jeez
