User gets Delivery Failure Report from one of the users listed in the group that he has sent e-mail. On the ‘because:’ line, it states that User //com/WTD(User //com/WTD@.com) not listed in Domino Directory. One thing that I have noticed is that user keys in the group name [mail-only] to the ‘To’ field of the New Memo to send an e-mail. I have noticed that when I highlight the group name to verify field details, the group type is listed as ‘Multi-purpose’. In nutshell, #1. The recipient is not part of our domain. #2. According to Domino Admin, the group is set as ‘Mail-Only’ & not ‘Multi-purpose’. If anybody could shed some light in this riddle, I will appreciate that very much.
