Delivery Failure Report

I have a user who send mail from their Notes client to xyz@gmail.com.After sending the mail a mail failure report comes to their mailbox:-

" Delivery Failure Report: Your document was not delivered to:xyz@gmail.com because you are restricted from sending mail through server ABCM12/XYZ.

Also user get this failure report when he send the mail of another domain insted my company domain.

Could anyone help me for solving this issue.

Subject: Check the sender domain

possibly the domain the message routes through has a global domain document with specific restrictions to the sender domain. Otherwise the user might be restricted from sending smtp mail in the configuration document mentioned in the NDR
