After change ISP (Internet Service Provider), I got the following error when i send message
outside my domain:
Delivery Failure Report
Your document:
was not delivered to: xxxxx@yahoo.com
because: Router: Failed to connect to SMTP host YAHOO.COM because : The server is not
responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your
system administrator if this problem persists.
Can someone help me? Thank you in advance
Subject: check DNS settings
if you look the error says cannot connect to YAHOO.COM. It should not say that. It should say something like cannot connect to a.mx.mail.yahoo.com (full smtp host name).When you change ISP, you probably need to change DNS servers. Did update the DNS settings of the Domino box with the new ISP’s ones?

I check using DNS tool and no entry MX record for my domain. I call admin my ISP to add MX record. And now all clear, for receiving and sending email from/to outside domain.Thank all.

Not only me, but other people as well.
That is sample error message. Many error message like that when send ouside my domain.
