One e-mail cannot be deleted.Even if deleted it remains in the inbox.
Subject: Deletion problem
This is usually a result of view index corruption. When you have the mailfile / database open hold down the following three keys at the same time rebuilt the view / folder indexes: Ctrl + Shift + F9
If it appears to be a problem across several databases you can rebuild the view indexes of all databases on the server by issuing the following command on the server console:
LOAD UPDALL -R
If after rebuilding the views the problem still exists then issue the following command on the server console to fix the problems:
LOAD FIXUP
After running the fixup you can run the ‘Updall’ task again.
