Can anyone tell me why deleted emails from the Inbox/Sent still appear in the All Documents view. I used to think that if you delete them from the Inbox/Sent this suffices and Lotus Notes should be intelligent to remove it from the All Docments view.
When you delete mail from the Inbox they should be removed from the All Documents view as well. I have seen cases where customers Edit → Copy and Paste it in a different folder and when they delete it from the inbox a copy is still in the All Doc View.
From the All Documents View I would suggest you highlight the document → Select Folder–> Discover Folders and see if it exists in another folder. Potentially a user has a mail rule that copies the message to another folder.
Also prior to deleting the message you can check the document properties to see the NoteID which is the last line on the last tab in document properties. If these are different that the one in the All Documents view after deleting the document then this determines they are different messages.
