We have a user that is constantly getting the error in notes "Class or type name not found:
CSEVENTNOTES" when she goes to create a new memo
As a workaround we have been deleting her bookmark.nsf file and this fixes the issue for a few hours or a day but the error keeps coming back, would anyone have any ideas on this? thanks a lot.

Did you try to replace her mail file template?

another thought might be to copy bookmark.ntf from a computer that seems to work and replace the one on her computer then delete bookmark.nsf so when you restart Notes it uses the “good” template. That should at least help you rule out an actual problem with the bookmark db and focus on the mail template.
