Hi,
We wanted to delete a room from our Rooms & Resources database. One of our admins deleted that room document from the “Resources” view of the database. That user is not listed explicitly in the ACL. Our Rooms & Resources database has anonymous access, so he could open the database and deleted it (didn’t use the ‘Delete Resource’ button in resource document). Now there is no Administration Request created in admin4.nsf and the room document doesn’t appear in the “Resources” view of the database. And when i create a new meeting through Notes, that deleted room still shows up.
How do i delete it permanently? Any help would be appreciated.

if you just want to prevent users from booking that room … you could open your buisytime.nsf (or clubusy.nsf) and delete the entry of that resource.
If you want the adminP to run … what about recreating that resource with exactly the same fullname and than delete it “the correct way”?

to know what template was applied to your R&R dB since the template has scripts in it that are intended to prevent the deleting of a reservation, room or site by simply pressing the Delete key.
Also, what rights were assigned to the Anonymous entry in the ACL? Did it have Delete Documents set?
