I deleted a resource that we no longer use. If you highlight the resources you will not see it listed anymore. However, if you reserve a room the item is still listed. What step did I miss?
When I deleted the resource, I hightlighted it and hit the DELETE key from my keyboard. Was this incorrect?

Yes, it was incorrect. Resources are tightly integrated into the system, so there’s more than just that document involved. Resource deletion should go through the Administration Requests database (AdminP does the deletion when approved).

I had that happen one time. I don’t know if the resource was deleted properly or not but while it did not show up in Resources, it did show up at reservation time. The problem was the associated Mail-in Database was never deleted. Once I got rid of that, the problem was resolved.

How can I delete through Administrative Request? I see the entry but I do not see where to delete it from.

I believe you need to go into the Domino Directory under configuation and then mail-in databases. You will see the resources and rooms there. There is a button to delete it there since you already deleted it in the Resource reservations.
