I have over 100 folders some with subfolders that I used to support my last customer. I am now moving to a new customer so I want to remove those old folders. I have archived the contents but that doesn’t remove the folder from my view. Am I doing this the hard way? Is there a way to remove alot of folders all at once rather than having to do them one by one? Any help appreciated .

If you have the designer client installed, you can open the database in the designer and select and delete a bunch of folders at once.
Otherwise, you might call your company’s helpdesk and see if you have an admin or developer on staff who has designer installed to do this for you.
I know of no way to bulk delete folders thru the regular user interface.

I have seen a bug where if you archive mails and then delete the folders from the mailfile, they also disappear from the archive. The mails will remain but the folder structure will get removed.
I think this is an 8.0.2 issue.
