I’m using Notes client 6.5.1 under NT (still…) on 6.5.3 server under W2003.

I’d just like to add that this solution as posted by Brent fails (for me at any rate).

I found I had to turn off soft deletion (which means losing permanently the soft deleted documents).

I could then manually delete the oversized-field document (hitting the Del key generates an error but the doc is marked and can be deleted with F9) and then turn soft deletion back on.
