Deletind Docs created using readers field

Hi All, I have created a set of documents making use of the readers and authors field so that only user can see his documents.

Now i need to delete all the earlier documents created using the readers field.I have coded an agent but it does remove oly the documents only for the person running the agent.

How to remove all hte documents in the view??

if each document contains only single reader & Author name then you are in problem, if there are more than one name in reader / author field ( ideally you should keep “ADMIN” role along with any other required name in readers field so that administrator can always access all documents for such kind of activities. If it is so / atleast you have admin user name stamed as reader / author then you can run agent with that user / with user having admin role.

Or more simplly if you can see all documents then run agent with that id and give manager access to that id, so that it can delete documents even though that id may not be listed in authors field.
