I have a suite of databases that use profile documents. The profile docs are created from a configuration database and propagated to the other databases. Users of one database continually delete all the data from one of the profile documents leaving nothing but $Updated by (UsersName) and $Name (form name). The users cannot see this profile doc so how is the data being deleted? This same profile doc is fine in the other databases. I cannot use author fields because user have edit access to the database.
