Hi there - we have a problem when deleting people from our company address book. We can delete them fine and we delete all replicas of them on the cluster server but a few weeks later the name re-appears in the address book!
Names that we deleted over 18 months ago when the Notes system was put in place have started re-appearing too.
Any help would be very gratefully appreciated as we are facing a dead end at the moment!

Someone or server is infrequently replicating the address book. Deleted documents can be replicated back in when deletion stubbs expire after the default 30 days.
Check the replication setting on other replicas. Do they accept deletions?

Perhaps an agent is adding the documents back. Check to see what time and date the docs were added back into the address book. Then check your server log files to see if any agents may have run at that time. You may need to check many servers if you have a large domain. There may be another copy of the address book either on the server or on an admins or developers local computer that contains the old documents. Also check the purge interval for deleted docs in the address book.
