I have a generic account setup for 2 people to access. Strangely, we have been encountering that mails in the trash automatically removed after a week.
Anyone can help ?

Subject: Deleted mails in trash automatically emptied
This is the behaviour of a soft delete. The behaviour itself and the time for this is specified on the database properties.
Look for the beany head tab (last one). You will find an option called ‘Allow soft deletion’ and an option to specify the number of hours (soft delete expire time in hours).
