My Management had, at first, directed me to remove a particular user in our organization from our Lotus Domino directory. Which I duly did from the Lotus Domino Directory with an added action that I had placed the user on the “Denied Access Group”. However, I did not remove the user from the Database.
It now appears, that the Management is desirous of having that user access his emails as before. To this effect, I have been given instructions to reinstate his Lotus Domino email account.
I shall be most grateful if someone could please assist me in the matter. Many thanks in advance for your kind help and support.

Hi;Recreate the user id in Domino, if his/her mail DB already exists then while creating the user rename the DB in Mail file name field i.e .nsf file and register the user. Once the user is registered, edit the user details and attach the original DB to user details and delete the one created while user registration. Also remove the user ID from Denied Access Group and give access rights to the user on old mail DB.
