When a user has a local replica of a database it is most important that he can’t have any access to or distribute after he has left the company
When I delete the user in the Public NAB and place him in the Deny Access group, he can’t connect to the server and replicate, but he will still have access to the local replica. This is something we would like to avoid. How?

You could try this, it’s a tip on my site about deleting local replicas. You need to trigger the code somehow though, be that via button, form event, or whatever. Perhaps you could wrap this Lotusscript in a VB program that runs upon log-in or something:
