I have one user that has a blackberry storm and when he deletes a message from his lotus notes inbox the message does not delete from his blackberry device. I have checked the setting on his device and everything is set for the server to win. I have other user with the same device not having any problems. Any ideas what else could cause this problem.

Go into the email otions > Email Reconciliation
There is a setting (Delete on - Mailbox and handheld)
