It’s too strange.
A few week ago, we’ve upgraded to ND6 (server only) and some users have been upgraded to R6 client as well. Mail template is still using R5.
And the problem happened on R6 client with R5 template. In the mail template, we’ve customize some features and add a total column for every view.
But after migration, we found that there is a “delete mark” behind the total row.
We can’t remove it and always get a delete confirmation message while exit the mailbox.
We’ve tried to customize this feature on R6 template and can’t reproduce it.
Pls help.
