I have got an extremely important question regarding notes. Is it possible to restore a mail without a replica or a backup ??

I guess you have checked the Trash-bin in the mailbox?If it isn’t there either, then its bye-bye, or have the original recipient mail it back to you

I have checked the Trash-bin. It is not there anymore. The reason I am asking is that I have got a user who wants to be sure, that the mail is gone and cant be restored without the backup or replica.

Ah, I see. Well, In Notes it works like this: As long as you don’t get a return message from the meilrouter that the message couldn’t be delivered, it is in fact delivered. Also, I reccomend usinf “Delivery Options” if the user really must have a confirmation of delivery, or better, a confirmation when the recipient has opened the mail (use Delivery Options | Return Receit for the latter option)
