I need sending email and when the user has read the email is automatically deleted.
Possible or not?

… this IS happening, or you WANT IT to happen?
If the former, well, it’s possible 'cos thy are doing it - they must be using the delete key to navigate to the next mail
If you WANT it to happen, you’ll have to write your own form, but beware, when it’s deleted from a mail file, it goes into the Trash, allowing users to recover it
Also, is this really a good idea?
Suppose someone is hitting ‘enter’ to page through their mails looking for one ion particular, they skip this one and … gone
Likewise, if they read it once, and then want to re-read it later?
Finally, any company doing this would automatically fail a Sarbanes-Oxley or ISO9000 audit, on the ‘retention’ and ‘proof’ steps
