Delete Document

Hi All,

I am facing some problem on web.

In ACL I have given ‘Editor’ access to a user with delete document :

  • User is able to delete the document from the notes client.

  • but user is not able to delete the document from the Web.

How I can resolve this problem.

Is there any field in server document through which we prevent the delete document access on the web??

Please help.

Subject: Delete Document

Check the Maximum Internet and Password level on the Advanced Tab of the ACL of the database.

If it’s set to Reader (and possibly Author?), I would think this would stop Delete rights, as deleting is counted as a write to the database.

Or can other people delete documents from that particular database over the internet? In which case, please ignore the above!
