Plan in such a way that multiple agents using the same script library and any profile documents(using any data in it), run only on the archive databases without touching the mail template and user mailboxes.
Eg.
On server where you have the archive databases, create a database with a Form and put your code in a script library. Depending on how you named the users archive databases, create profile documents in such a way that the first agent runs on the archive databases of users starting with alphabetical names “A” to “E” at a particular time. Second agent also uses the same script library but uses the second profile document and runs on the archive databases of users starting with alphabetical names “F” to “K” at a particular time etc. and so on.

One more thing, your name sounds little familiar to me. Have you worked in Mumbai, India in the past. Because one of my x-colleague’s name was same and he was my senior that time.

At this time I do not have any clue on any web sites which has such code.Unfortunately I am not from Mumbai. But from Hyd.
Try Using NotesDbDirectory in your code and get the archive database list based on some criteria like I said names from A to E or something like that so that this agent will run on only those databases. Like that you can have a 3 or 4 agents running at the same time finish the task.
