Is there way to delegate just the Calendar and To Do only and leaving out Contacts? Under delegation components, Calendar, To Do and Contacts are together. Only temporarily workaround would be have the delegator remove all iNotes contacts so delegatee will not able to see entries. Any better workarounds.?

Another workaround is to upgrade your Notes client to 8.5.2. It has the ability to mark contacts as “Private” so that delegated users can’t see them.
The 8.5.1 clients and servers seem to honor this setting. The setting has been available since 8.0.2, but you had to flip the bit via custom code.
I’ve had no problems running the 8.5.2 client against an 8.5.1 server and mail template.
The only catch is that you have to remember to mark new entries as private (I wish this were the default…). Fortunately, there is an agent (Actions → Mark As → Private) so you can do a bulk update of existing contacts. You can also do a multiple select and get the same option from a right-click context menu.
