Delegated Calendar Notifications

So I have a user who has delegated his calendar to his assistant.

Access to his calendar works fine… BUT

During the delegation process he set “forward calendar notices” to his assistant.

After about 4 attempts the proper documents were created in adminp, and all looks ok EXCEPT no notices are being forwarded.

I checked the regular stuff.

Both on 8.5.1 template

Server on 8.5.1FP3

Tried delegating my calendar to here with the same results.

IMAP is enabled on mail files.

Compact/Updall/Fixup performed on source and destination mailboxes.

Others work fine to other people.

Of course this feature is insanely undocumented.

Any help would be appreciated.

Subject: SOLUTION: Remove, re-add user

The solution for me ended up being this: Remove the delegate from the Access & Delegation preferences. Remove the user manually from the ACL as well. Re-add the delegate via Access & Delegation.

After doing this, notifications on meetings were sent to the delegate as expected.
