Ever since our upgrade to ND6 there is this hassle that if I change a password in the primary NAB via Notes then there is a delay before it can be used with a browser (even if I ctrl-shift-F9 in the NAB). But changing the password via Web Change Password screen works immediately.
So, that’s not too bad for users in our primary NAB, but it gets really bad for our agents who are in a secondary NAB that we use with Directory Assistance(DA.nsf). When they try to change password with the web page they are then denied access and kicked back to the login screen. If they would wait about 5 minutes it would eventually work; however, they usually try repeatedly to log back in and get locked out with our 3-strikes rule.
Is anyone else seeing this kind of password behavior? Little help?
