Please let me know how to set default font while creating new memo.(E.g If I write something in new memo then default font should be Vardana - Not thru mail file template design)

An enhancement request exists for this under SPR#: SWYO55L5V, so the functionality is not yet available. However, you can customize your template to accomplish this. Open the template in Designer and go to ‘forms’ in the navigation pane. Double-click on the *Memo form. Scroll all the way down in the top pane until you see the Body field (not the wBody field). Right-click on the Body field and select ‘field properties’. Make your font settings here. Do the same for the reply and reply w/ history forms, or the change will only take effect for new memos and forwards ;).

For those who don’t wish to modify the design of the memo, reply, etc. forms, two other options exist: Stationary and Permanent pen. Stationary doesn’t help with the reply, but once a permanent pen has been set and enabled, the font characteristics you set for the permanent pen stays enabled from memo to memo as long as the permanent pen stays enabled.
