My default settings have somehow changed recently regarding the marking of unread documents. Previously, I would need to double-click on an unread e-mail, which would in turn open the e-mail, in order to then mark the e-mail as read. Recently though, if I simply move my cursor onto the unread e-mail to examine it’s contents in the Preview pane, this action then marks the e-mail as read. (switching from red to black) I do not want to mark these unopened e-mails as read. It causes me great confusion. Can anyone advise me as to how to alter the settings so that my “red” unread e-mails remain red until such time as I actually open them? Thank you. dmassie@crcrolls.com
