We are using a FAX MAPI printer which, when printed to, launches a new memo with the printed page being added as an attachment. It works perfectly ok apart from the fact that it does not load the default memo correctly. Both the Letterhead and the font are different. We have changed the memo to default to the company standard of Verdana 10 but the font this defaults to is Default Sans Serif. The letterhead is not really a problem but, due to compny standards, we need to remember to change the font back to Verdana. Any ideas?
