Default font database - why?

We have created a database in which it is possible to create automatic rifle of letters. The font set up from Designer is “Arial”; when we create a letter, the text appears in font default “Sans the Serif”… we save, we reopen and appears correctly in Arial! The problem is that the customers who must use can print it in the moment in which is in “Sans”. Some idea?

We have tried information and fact some test with respect to the field $Font but is not changed nothing

Does the customer see the Arial font after opening the message?

What font is your printer set up to use?

Do a File, Print, Setting, Font…what is setting?

  1. No, customers see documents in Sans Serif font2) I don’t think problem cause by printer, we have create a new copy of the database from the customer Domino to ours and we have try to use database here: same problem
