Hello,
Some users, when clicking on a bookmark into another user’s calendar (usually a supervisor or departmental account), will go straight into the “All Calendar Entries” view instead of the month or week view. Normally the default view, as far as I know, is to go straight into the month view.
Where would I be able to change this setting? It happens randomly to users, but once it does change it does not switch back.
