I’m testing an R6 server (DEC’s) before we upgrade from R5. When in DECs, trying to initialize keys, I receive the following error. "You are not Authorized to perform that operation, connector ‘notes’, Method-Insert-(582). I am manager of the server, DECs database and other recieving database. My Oracle connection works as it lets me connect to the view and map fields. I recreated the activity, and recreated the connection saved and closed but still receive this error. Any Ideas? - Thanks!

I had to add the SERVER to the ACL of the recieving database with Manager access.

The necessary permission for initializing keys is not your ID’s, but the ID that signed the agents in the DECS administrator database – the CacheExecutor agent in particular.
