Decs - get Error found attempting to quit - when pushing changes to MySql

Hi all - I posted this on the Enterprise Integration forum but haven’t seen any traffic - though I’d re-cast my net in a larger pond.

I’ve created a connection in Decs to push documents from Notes to a MySql database (via an ODBC connection). When I run an agent against a document in the Notes client (just a 'refresh all ') the document gets created in the MySql database.

However, if I try to open one of the documents and make any changes I get the error message “Error found attempting to quit” when I try to save the doc. If I turn off the Decs activity, I can edit and save those documents just fine.

I have checked the Notes form for lookups or computed fields that might be failing - everything looks fine. I have also verified that the data types on the Activity document match between Notes and the MySql database.

Any other ideas of what to check? I’ve never seen that error message before and can’t find anything in Help.

Subject: also, Monitor failure – Field count mismatch

The activity log shows this error : Monitor failure – Field count mismatch.

I’ve tried searching the DECS help for that message and haven’t found anything there.

At this point I have the activity pared down to 1 key and 1 field on each side. I’m baffled how this can end up being a “Field count mismatch”. Any ideas on what I’m missing?
