We use the mail journal to record a copy of all messages - the journal documents are encrypted using an ID file for security.
There is a need to recover all messages for a certain period of time from the mail journal. I am able to open and view the documents by using the id file, but I would like to be able to copy/paste those documents into another mail file for a particular user to review - how do I decrypt the documents for that user? Do I need to export/import the documents instead of using copy/paste?
Right now, the user is getting the error message “You cannot access portions of this document because it is encrypted…”.
