Decrypt all Mails in Mailbox (The user is the owner and has the certificates)

Hi Folks,

A User has many encrypted mails in his inbox (received and sent mails). This user will leave the company soon, so we will not be able to read these Mails after the user left.

Obviously, the best solution would be to decrypt all mails so that a different user of the company will be able to read these mails. Keep using his ID will not be an option, because the user will be blocked from using the server.

Is there an option like this? Of course, all this is OK for the user.

Make a local copy of the mailfile. So you can access all the mails localy with his id-file.
