Hi I am trying to Debug a Java-agent in Eclipse, but have problem. As soon I click on the Debug button in Eclipse
I receive a message: Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused
I have followed a description to Debug from tlcc-site
What I am missing.

Sounds like the port you are trying to connect to isn’t listening. Try doing a netstat -a in a dos prompt to verify that the port is open in listening mode.
You did restart notes after adding the notes.ini setting right?

I have done a netstat in Dos, it does not show any available Port.
How do I set this port
I have used the Port that was mentioned in the sample from tlcc.
