I have a DEAS server that I installed a while ago. It is a member of a cluster. When I installed it all was just fine. Now I have found that the Wireless tab on the person documents is blank. The info is still on them, but I can’t change anything there anymore.
I have to believe that this was caused when I installed a new server into my cluster and the NAB replicated. Short of reinstalling DEAS is there any way to get my wireless form back?
Subject: Lost via Design upgrade?
Check the DEAS installation instructions and ensure that you have all the design elements that are supposed to be added to the domino directory with the necessary prohibit design refresh / replace check marks in place.
I’m not familiar with the specific problem but it does sound like a missing design element - perhaps a form or sub form?
Also make sure that your access level has not changed (perhaps it’s a security issue)
