We have just installed several new servers to our domain. All are identically configured with W2K3, Domino 6.5.1, Veritas 9.1 and Groupshield 5.3, 1GB RAM, 90+GB disk. All servers host less than 100 users.
The problem we are experiencing is intermitant dead mail.
Each day any of the servers can end up with 1 or more dead e-mail, “NAI - awaiting scan for viruses”
We have not been able to trace this to any particluar type of message or time of day. The servers have ample of resources available.
I have been through the problem with our Groupshield admin and he has come back with some suggestions but none of them seem to have worked.
Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone shed any light on this.
