Good morning,
There isn’t really an uninstall script for Domino but it is very limited where it stores it files. Normal is uses two directories, eg. opt/lotus for the binaries and /notes/data for the data file. By removing those two folders Domino should be gone. In release symlinks were created but this is not the case in R6.

I thought there was some kind of Java-stuff or something else to clean up (f.ex. clean or delete the Transaction-logging files or dir’s) to make the server like it was before installation.

True, you should also clear the drive which contains the TLs and and other directories which Domino is using (specified by you)
