DDE: error loading use or uselsx module - hidden code

I have noticed an particularly odd and annoying issue in DDE.

When using lss libraries with hidden code (deleted $ScriptLib item - this is a set of 3rd party libraries we use) - you get “error loading use or uselsx module:” error reports - although the recompile works perfectly well (recompile works on bytecode) - which makes this issue all the more damning and annoying - instead of helping me out it completely messes up all of the references (naturally you get errors all the way to the top).

Is there a workaround? Obviously I could always run “recompile all lotusscript” but that kinda nullifies all the bonuses of DDE for me.

Now, I cant believe how IBM - that is otherwise an respectable and admirable company - barely gets anything right on Domino Developer front… I might switch to M$ - who AFAIK treats its developer base much more seriously and respectably. Because I can’t really take anymore of IBM’s half (quarter??) baked solutions that seem to drop my productivity with each release…

Subject: SPR almost good :frowning:

Yes, it works for script libraries but not for agents (I now use 8.5.1 FP2 (Revision 20100318.1445-FP2)

I use agents to use ‘libXYZ’ and I get errors in the registration of agent. If I force save the agent run normally …

Thanks a lot
