Hello
Is this possible to automatically add a key to a Lotus database when it is added to an external db or design a button by pressing on which the key fields has refreshed?

I’m not sure I fully understand what you want to accomplish, but:
You can import key documents one time only (requires the DCR connection to be DISABLED in database properties). Afterwards, the key field(s) are the only connection between the relational data source and the Notes document. Those key fields must not be “refreshed”, because that breaks the link.

But, if I add records to relational database, then i can’t see them in Lotus. because i don’t have the keys for this new records
