I have some lookup document with Readers fields, when I look at the view containing the documents I can see 1 of these documents as I only have access to 1 of them, so this correct.
When I do an @DBLookup to this view it returns values from ALL of the documents (that match the key) even tho I don’t have access to them all. This ONLY happens locally, server copies work correctly… why?
ETA: I have checked other posts but nothing seems to match and I don’t have Full Administration Access.

Hi Jayne,
Have you checked for any roles that are giving you admin access in the local copies? Have a look to see exactly what is in the readers fields.
Seems strange that notes is giving you access when you shouldn’t - when it comes to readers fields it usually errs on the side of caution…

I’ve checked the Readers field, there is def only one, no author names fields, the readers field contains roles and user names but none of which give me access and correctly don’t when I look at the view, but do when I do a dblookup, and this only happens locally! Enforce consistenet ACL is ticked too…
