@DbLookup( “Notes” : “NoCache” ; “PKKPN001/PK/IPKN/ICI” :“IPKN0170.Nsf” ; “Asset Management- Configuration” ;fd_username ; 10 )
I have applied the above formula on a computed field.In the above formula fd_username is the name of the user.It does not work and gives error “File does not exist”.
Kindly tell me what is the issue?

Aisha, u need to check ur server name and database name and also if the database is in the data folder. otherwise u will have to specify path of ur .nsf file.

let me try.

either the DB truly does not exist on the specified server or the location (subfloder) is wrong or the user getting the error does not have access to it. I used to support ICI so I know their naming conventions and rules. Given the name of your database I would expect it would be in the IPKN subfolder on your server. In that case you would enter your formula as such:
@DbLookup( “Notes” : “NoCache” ; “PKKPN001/PK/IPKN/ICI” :“IPKN\IPKN0170.Nsf” ; “Asset Management- Configuration” ;fd_username ; 10 )

I have used the replica id instead of database name and leave server value as empty.It works.
Thanks to all for support.
