DB2NSFInit Error: Transaction Logging not enabled

Someone knows that I get this error, the log what I have enabled “Transactional logging”, however, always gives this error and the DB2 is not active.

LOTUS:8.0

DB2:DB2 Express Versión 9.5

SO: Windows server 2003

Subject: You have enabled transaction logging on the server document?

Also db2 express c is not supported let alone v9.5, DB2 Universal Database Enterprise Server Edition, v9.1 is what’s support. . db2 express-c takes some configuration but since you get the enterprise for free why use the community edition?

I use v9.1.3 without any problems.
